We are delighted to announce that Beacon Events Ltd have signed a contract with WeTrack to use our event control platform for their events across the UK.

Beacon Events assist the UK events industry with sensible and innovative event safety and support solutions, from licensing applications to festival noise control and emergency contingency plans. Their provision ranges from providing supervisory Event Safety Advisors to full 24/7 event control coverage. At its heart is a proactive approach that allows events and organisers to approach risk positively, using their extensive experience in managing incidents requiring multi-agency responses.

Following an extensive search for an Event Control platform provider, Director James Holland explained the reasons for choosing WeTrack: “We were impressed with the WeTrack platform from initial discussions with Peter Ward and the WeTrack team; their willingness to take on feedback is refreshing and the features of the platform are going to be a great asset onsite. We look forward to working with the team during 2020 to deploy the platform at some major cultural & sporting events across the UK to manage the multi-agency event control rooms.”

WeTrack Managing Director Peter Ward added when signing the contract, “There is an incredible amount of safety expertise in the UK events sector and we are really pleased so many of these companies, both large and small, are trusting WeTrack to provide affordable event control software. James and the Beacon Events team are passionate about what they do and we are looking forward to our small part in supporting them.”
